The location was a little more north of the city than i expected but walking distance to the grocery store, Leon's (which you must try) and Chubby Fish (MUST go here and it's worth the wait). King Street shops are a short drive and not really walkable. It was nice having parking on site and the AC kept the place nice and cool. Igor was super responsive to our messages so that was nice.

Had a smooth stay here. Loved the neighborhood, with a coffee shop, bakery, and seasonal eatery all in walking distance. Just enough space for us and our 2.5 year old for a long weekend!
