Beautiful home in a great location

We were in town for a wedding and stayed at the Colonial. The property management staff was very responsive and helpful. The home is absolutely beautiful. They did an incredible job on updating, while keeping the old charm. We had 3 adults and 3 young kids and found it was suitable for all of us. Location is great! You can walk to waterfront park, tons of restaurants, and market street. Would definitely recommend to others!

Great Host!

I felt like I could reach out to my host at any given time with concerns or requests. The house was laid out well, providing a nice sitting room and two big porches. The neighborhood was smack dab in the heart of where there were great restaurants and bars. We noticed passersby marveling at the home and it made us happy to know that we staying at a hip location. I can't wait to return and do it all over again!

Duvet is awesome!

Duvet was very welcoming. They accommodated our early arrival which was very helpful. The Colonial house was perfect. Great location and it was a beautiful, well maintained space. It was a great place to relax + be so close to downtown and all the restaurants.
