The space

Our spacious 2nd floor condo, ‘The Marquee Suite A’, is ideal for groups of 6-8 guests (an air mattress can be made available upon request for an additional guest or 2) with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths. Located directly on famous and historic King Street, location and parking won't be an issue here!
Accessed by it own entrance/exit, and up (exterior) stairs, The Marquee Suite A features an open floor plan that accommodates both dining and lounge space, making it great for groups looking to spend time together. Living room with high vaulted ceilings and beautfful exposed wood beams and original brick walls. Master Suite features a plush King Size bed with luxurious linens and complete with a full ensuite bath. The two guest bedrooms are located on the main level (2nd floor in building), with a full bathroom just off of the main living room and bedroom hall. Each of these bedrooms with its own flat screen TV and Queen sized bed. Our team provides basic login credentials, so feel free to use your own during your stay. Conveniently equipped kitchenette with basic cook/kitchenware is also located on this 2nd level.

Guest access

Guests will have exclusive access to the 2nd floor of the building. Easily accessible and well lit for your safety.

You can pull your car off the street and into a parking space behind the building, which makes packing and unpacking a breeze.

Interaction with guests

Our team can provide self- check-in instructions for your convenience, or we can arrange for someone to meet you at the door if you prefer. If you need anything at all, we can be reached via text or phone.

Our 5* hosting services company, StayDuvet, will be on hand throughout your stay; from checking you in, to giving you recommendations for things to do. They also have a concierge service and can organize activities such as water-sports, boat rentals, massages, private chefs, helicopter rides, walking tours, and ghost tours. Each guest is also provided with a special visitor guide designed for them so they can discover the best things to do and see.

The house is truly situated in the very heart of charming historic downtown Charleston. Known as the King Street Historic District, the name says it all. With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree-lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in the city’s classic charm. We’re within walking distance to all of the main attractions on the peninsula. The house is just a couple of blocks from King & Calhoun, the heart of all the action. Here you’ll find the best shops, bars, and restaurants Charleston has to offer. Some local favorites include, Kitchen 208, Millers All Day, Sweetwater Cafe, Charleston Grill, Fulton Five, The Watch Rooftop Kitchen, or Christophe Artisan Chocolatier for the most delicious chocolate almond croissant.

Getting around
The property is only a couple blocks from the heart of downtown Charleston (King and Calhoun) where everything is. But here are a list of other transportation services just in case: Uber Charleston Bike Taxi & Charleston Rickshaw Green Taxi Yellow Cab (Least expensive option to or from the airport)

Posh Downtown Condo

This cozy condo was ideal for our girls getaway. The location cannot be beat, you are right near everything you want to be close to! The design and layout of the condo is very modern but still holds true to that Charleston vibe we all so desire. Take our word for it, you want to stay here!
