WOW! If you are headed to Charleston, you have to check this place out. We stayed here a week and found it better each day. On arrival (10:45pm), we were met by Dave that took care of all our luggage. He also made restaurant suggestions and reservations at the best in Historic Charleston. He had also left us a bottle of wine and a card. We were celebrating our 51st wedding anniversary. He was great! Then we met Pam and Ron.They are wonderful and you think you have known them forever. Their gift for hospitality is up there with the RITZ! They had a breakfast basket in the refrigerator and one on the counter with everything you would want for breakfast. Ron was there to help with getting around historic Charleston in his electric transportation. The view from the porch of the lake was so peaceful and enjoyable. You are within blocks of everything in historic Charleston. This place is beautifully decorated. Everything about this place and these folks is 1ST CLASS all the way. We can't wait to RETURN. Thank you Pam and Ron for an unforgettable stay and thank you Dave for all your help. Our best to you! Gary and Sharlon Carver, Chattanooga, TN

Great weekend in Charleston

We had a lovely weekend celebrating my husbands birthday with our good friends. The place was immaculate and perfect for our purposes. We were greeted promptly. Everything in the house was easy to find and use. It was stocked perfectly and the coffee, snacks, milk, and juice were a lovely touch. The place was comfortable and the location was great. Walking distance to everything in a quiet area. The only complaint is we wished we had more time there! Thanks for your hospitality.

We spent several nights between Christmas and New Year's weekend. It was spectacular in every way! No detail was missed on the renovation of this property - from the perfect kitchen to the great bathrooms and exposed beams in the bedrooms. Outstanding. We were there with our 2 sons (ages 12 and 9) and we all loved it. They had their own room/bathroom/TV (their favorite part!). The beds were fantastic - it was the best sleep I've had since the boys were born!! 9+ hours a night! It was easy walking distance to everything we wanted to do and all the great restaurants (bonus - the kids loved the great Pokemon spots nearby). This is my first review for any product/hotel/VRBO and while a bit late, I hope it conveys how special our stay was.

Beautiful Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at the beautiful Belvedere apartment. It is luxurious and has everything you need to feel at home during your stay. The location is fantastic because it is walking distance to many restaurants, sites and shopping, while still quite and relaxing. the Duvet team was great to work with and made us feel very welcomed.

Beautiful in a great location

The Queen Residence at Belvedere is lovely. The unit offers high-end, classic furnishings in a clean setting with modern comforts (AC, beautiful kitchen appliances, modern bathrooms). The location is convenient and offers easy access to the best Charleston has to offer. Duvet did a great job of reaching out in advance of our visit to make sure we understood the specifics of the property. They offered fantastic recommendations on restaurants, things to do and how to best get around Charleston. Our favorite restaurant, by far, was Hall’s Chop House. Billy made us feel welcomed the minute we arrived, even without a reservation. Our server, Dan, was one of the best any of us have ever experienced. The food and libations were incredible. We also truly enjoyed fine dining at The Macintosh, Magnolias and High Cotton.

Fabulous Accommodation in a Great Location with Superior Service!

5 STAR+ FOR SURE! Completely renovated and beautifully decorated! Pam and Ron, the owners, did an outstanding job ... no wonder it is on so many historic tours. Should be in Architectural Digest! The bathrooms are super clean, lovely and bright, and all new. The beds comfortable and rooms private (wonderful for 2 couples) with plenty of closet space. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. And a lovely living room and dining room. You could easily live here full time! And a gracious welcome with bagels, fruit, muffins, cereal, milk, juice and more! Never went out for breakfast! A huge "thank you" to Pam and Ron for the lovely accommodations! And a special "thank you" to the Duvet team for the superior service you provided to us! Duvet is terrific and will help you with anything you need! DO NOT HESITATE ... STAY AT THE QUEEN'S RESIDENCE AT THE BELVEDERE!

Belvedere was perfect!

Everything about the Belvedere House was perfect. From the communication ahead of the arrival to the concierge waiting when we got into town, to the great welcome basket, we thoroughly enjoyed the house. Just renovated, the owners did a fantastic job of making this house a truly luxurious airbnb experience. I would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone!

Perfect experience!

The Belvedere is a perfect home rental experience in Charleston. First of all, the apartment is pristine and every bit as charming as the photographs. It is newly renovated and all the finishes, from the stone countertops and hardwood floors to bathroom fixtures and linens, are highest quality. On the lower level are open plan living and dining room and kitchen; upper level has two bedrooms and two spacious baths (one with en suite bath, one with bath across the hall) as well and washer and dryer. The entrance to the apartment is separate from the main entrance of the house and other than a brief pleasant introduction with the owners, we enjoyed the peace and privacy of a separate residence. The neighborhood is very quiet and filled with beautiful old homes in various degrees of repair; King Street, with all its attractions, is just five blocks away. Although we had a car (free parking spot) we walked or used uber to get around town. Taylor was our very attentive concierge; he was quick and helpful answering questions during the reservation process and later met us at the apartment on our arrival to show us around and offer lots of useful local information. He had the kitchen stocked with some light breakfast fare. All in all, a great stay. The Belvedere will be the first place we look on our next visit to Charleston. Thanks.

Comfortable and Chic

My husband and I recently stayed at the Belvedere in Charleston with another couple. Often it is difficult to find an apartment with two bedrooms and bathrooms that can both be considered master suites, leaving one couple to make the compromise. This was not the case. Both were spacious, tastefully appointed and modern while remaining true to the age and character of this grand Charleston house. The closets and drawer space were clean and abundant with a safe in each room. The living room, dining room and kitchen were modern, functional, utterly comfortable and elegantly chic. Not an easy balance to achieve. Two major bonuses were the clean laundry area and a dedicated parking spot which is very difficult to find in Charleston. Check in was simple and fast. Our assigned concierge was there within minutes after we called him and was just as prompt responding to texts. It was a pleasure to be greeted by someone so friendly and professional. Pam and Ron could not have been more gracious hosts. Their impeccable taste and attention to detail makes the Belvedere a rare gem.
