This 4-bedroom house has been beautifully furnished throughout with contemporary artwork and antique furniture. The interior is bathed in natural light thanks to large bay windows in several of the rooms. The house features:
A spacious and light open-plan kitchen, living and dining area. The living area features a bay window, marble fireplace and a sofa bed. Adjacent to this there is a dining area with an antique wooden dining table with seating for four. Off the living room there is a small washroom.
A well-equipped kitchen with an island worktop, dishwasher and a large fridge-freezer with ice dispenser. Between the kitchen and the dining area there is a breakfast bar, the
perfect spot for a morning coffee or a quick bite to eat.

With the best dining and shopping Charleston has to offer on your doorstep, this house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. The house is only one block from the popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, books stores and fashion boutiques – as well as buzzing restaurants. A couple of popular dining spots in the neighborhood are Xiao Bao Biscuit, an Asian restaurant in a trendy converted gas station, and Five Loaves café, a healthy eatery with vegan and gluten-free options. Both are only a short walk from the house.
In the day, we recommend taking a stroll around this vibrant neighborhood with its vast array of historic landmarks, museums, churches and art galleries. Culture-lovers will love the Halsey Institute of Contemporary Art, a short walk away, as well as the Gaillard Center, a world-class performing arts center where you can enjoy great music, dance and theater.
If you like your food fresh from the farm then we recommend visiting Marion Square on a Saturday where there is a popular Farmers’ Market with locally-grown produce, handmade goods and delicious food stands. The square is only a short walk from the house.
