Great space, great location

We had a great time staying at the Picasso. It is a great location, just steps away from upper King Street and its great bars, coffee shops, and restaurants. We were easily able to get downtown to City Market walking as well. The space was great — really spacious, with a lovely kitchen and living room area. We were a pretty large group and were able to sleep everyone comfortably. I would highly recommend to groups of friends or to large families who are looking to explore Charleston!

Fantastic time all around

We fell in love with the Picasso! Both the units were very nice and gave us ample room to have space but still be able to be together at the same time. It also has two parking spots in the back that were nicely tucked away. The place was very clean, immaculate, and the staff was very friendly. I highly recommend staying here.

Big Group

Our group of 16 fit perfectly here. There were also extra sleeping arrangements like futons and the such for people whom want their own little sleeping arrangement which we thought was a nice touch. Oh and theres off street parking. Location was perfect! Right off king street.
