The marsh house was wonderful! The views from the back porches the front porches and the widows watch were absolutely stunning during sunsets. I love how this is located further down Folly tucked a little away from all the hustle and bustle. A perfect quiet retreat for a vacation. The house was very clean and the linens were nice and soft. Extra towels were provided and the extra beach chairs were a bonus! We had a wonderful day and would definitely return again!

Great size house for a group. Comfortable beds and stocked kitchen. We enjoyed sitting on the screened in porch and having easy access to the beach.

The house was clean and mostly as described. The weather was really hot so we enjoyed the air conditioner. The beds were very comfortable and I appreciate the relaxed feeling of the unit. We really loved the screened back porch and the Crows nest or top deck were especially enjoyed at night. We spent a lot of family time and watching the stars. On the down side the ping pong table was not usable and the kitchen needed attention. I bought a skillet to use during our trip because the coating was peeling on the ones in the unit. Also, there was no can opener. Overall the house was top notch and I would definitely recommend it.
