No parties or loud music. The property has a hot tub outside so children must be accompanied by an adult.

Check-In Time: 4:00 PM Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM Cancellation Policy: 100% refund (minus service fees) if canceled more than 30 days prior to the day of check-in. A 50% refund will be honored if canceled between 7 and 30 days prior to check-in. No refund will be provided for any bookings canceled less than 7 days prior to check-in.

Was a great stay for our 20th anniversary. Me, my wife and our dog. Place was as advertised no hidden surprises. house is older so there are things that come with that. mostly cosmetics and function. my biggest gripe would be the showerhead itself with the water pressure of the home it leaves water splashing unto the floor when standing under the head. the shower and 2/3 glass partition is a bit small and led to drying the floor after showering. Overall a great experience food and drinks are a 5 minute walk. Downtown Charleston is a 20 minute ride. very accessible to surroundings

It isn’t exactly what the photos show. It appears the hot tub is first picture shown for a reason. This is a very old home with a fresh coat of paint. We had a few issues but they were fixed immediately. The shower head upgrade was awesome after the hot water didn’t last very long.

I am a busy working wife and mother and needed a few days away to breathe. This place was perfect!! I appreciate everything single detail put into the space. It was an easy 25 min drive to Isle of Palms beach. It was a short walk to great restaurants. If walking/running is your thing, perfect location. If I had been with my kids, there is a huge park very close by. I just cant say enough about how perfect this place was.
