With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree-lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary, and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include The Tippling House Wine Bar, The Ordinary, Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Bistronomy, Barsa, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish, Pink Cactus, Chasing Sage, and Elliotborough Minibar drinks. Our guests and neighbors also rave about Brown's Court Bakery and Sugar Bakery located nearby. We recommend going to Babas for a cup of locally-roasted coffee and their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops and fashion boutiques – as well as an endless list of buzzing restaurants. Publix is conveniently located nearby on Lockwood Drive as well. The neighborhood is also within walking distance to CofC, MUSC, Roper, and the Citadel

We really enjoyed our stay at StayDuvet’s place! The unit was beautiful, had that updated yet historic Charleston charm, and the location was convenient to the all the best Charleston has to offer. The unit is a true 3 bedroom/3 full bath unit which I feel like is so hard to find! It also came with two parking spots which is great but they are really tight. StayDuvet was also very responsive. We had a few issues while we were there and they were very responsive, quick to address the issue and help resolve the issue quickly. We’d definitely recommend this unit or any StayDuvet property in Charleston!

This is a great short term rental. Perfect for multiple couples, clean, comfortable beds, walkable to lots of restaurants and shopping.

6 ladies stayed here for 3 nights. The beds were comfortable. It was great to have 3 full bathrooms. The kitchen was very nice. Loved the porch for sitting and drinking our morning coffee. Loved the Holey City Bagel and Coffee Shop which was across the street. It is walkable for many dining options, cocktails, and shopping. Had great drinks at The Felix which is a short walk. We had a wonderful time!
