With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree-lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary, and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include The Tippling House Wine Bar,The Ordinary, Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Bistronomy, Barsa, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish, Pink Cactus, Chasing Sage, Elliotborough Minibar and the Warehouse for drinks. Our guests and neighbors also rave about Brown's Court Bakery and Sugar Bakery located nearby. We recommend going to Babas for a cup of locally-roasted coffee and their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops and fashion boutiques – as well as an endless list of buzzing restaurants. Publix is conveniently located nearby on Lockwood Drive as well. The neighborhood is also within walking distance to CofC, MUSC, Roper, and the Citadel

BEWARE! Very disappointed! Upon check-in we were provided 1 parking space. Our party had 2 cars. We parked our car right outside the airbnb and next to the allocated space and to our shock we walked outside the next day and our car was GONE! Once we called the police dept & located it we found out it had been TOWED by the property. I was told by the management company there was NOTHING they could do and they were sorry. They reached out to the property owner and he told them he will tow every car that parks there no matter what. WOW! Not to mention the parking space stayed empty ALL WEEKEND. Besides an I’m sorry we were not reimbursed for the towing. After we got our car back, we were provided a parking pass. Where was the pass at check-in? A few other things to top off our stay- there was an exposed electricaloutlet in the main bedroom. Extremely unsafe for our 1 year old. No adequate baking pans. The mishandling on the parking situation was completely appalling. Stay somewhere else.
