Welcome to the Eastside! The house is located in the quiet neighborhood of Eastside, away from the hustle and bustle of the main tourist areas. You’re still within walking distance of Charleston’s main attractions but you’ll be able to return to a peaceful neighborhood at the end of the day. It’s an up-and-coming part of town that has new restaurants and bars popping up on every corner! Some of the local eateries will be Mercantile & Mash, Rappahannock Oyster Bar and Taco Boy! Just a 15-minute walk from the house is upper King Street where you’ll find plenty of exciting bars, gourmet restaurants, and unique shops to visit. This popular area is a great place to start your adventure.

There are long-term leasers that live in the upstairs apartment that are aware that there might be guests at any time, so please be mindful of them and they will do the same. Noise is HIGHLY monitored and will quickly notify guests if it becomes an issue.

Check-In Time: 4:00 PM Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM Cancellation Policy: 100% refund if cancelled 72 hours prior to the day of check in (minus service fees). No refund for any bookings booked inside of 72 hrs before day of check in.

The place is great. I've loved in old Victorians in the past so I felt quite at home! The location is pretty good. The host was excellent and very responsive. The place is very clean and very comfortable.

Had a great weekend and stay in this cute 3 br/1 ba find in Charleston! Super convenient to Uber or walk (daytime) towards King Street. Loved the nearby cafe for people watching and leisurely breakfast to plan our sightseeing adventures in town. Home and neighborhood have great architectural details for photo ops. Bedrooms are spacious and lots of closet space. Looking forward to another trip to Charleston and hopefully a return stay here!
