Location is walkable to dining/bars, shopping, sightseeing, and other entertainment. Rickshaws available just outside the entrance as well as easy Uber/Lyft pickups. 3 bedrooms/2 bath on King street at this price point is very reasonable. Included/free parking behind building was very convenient. Target store is only steps away from condo street level entrance. Living room and bedrooms have individual AC split units. 2 bedrooms have windows facing King street. The primary with en-suite is secluded on opposite side of condo, very quiet with blackout curtains. There is no elevator and condo entry is at top of one flight of steep stairs (pack light and shop Target next door for essentials). Would definitely stay here again.

This is one of our favorite short term rentals. The location can’t be beat! Perfect to stop in and take a break during a busy day. We have rented properties from Stay Duvet for several years.
