Can't beat the location! We had a great time with our family of 5 and two grandparents. It's a lot of steps, which wasn't unclear but worth considering if you have someone for whom steps can be a challenge. It was exactly like the description, though something to note is pay careful attention to the kitchenette setup. It's quite small and you couldn't expect to do any actual cooking there. Overall, though, we had a great stay--it was cute and clean, the location is fantastic and you walk right out into the middle of King Street about a block from the Market. Three bedrooms made it perfect for a large family or two small families, and having a dedicated living space was great for us with small kids, especially compared to a hotel room. Stay Duvet was super responsive (picked the phone immediately at 5pm on a Saturday when we had trouble figuring out which code was for which gate to check in) and included helpful information for us in advance of our stay. Would definitely stay again!

Place was just as described and very well maintained. It is spacious and close enough to walk to many great restaurants and also has some world class shopping. Very impressed. Also the free parking topped it off as one of the best package deals.
