Apartment B anove the theater on King Street is a fabulous location. You can walk to key historical sites , shopping and restaurants easily. Unfortunately, we arrived at night with a toddler and four adult adults. The parking space is not near or attached to apartment B. There is no light in the parking lot. It was difficult to find as the entrance was blocked by Restaurant trucks. The first coded lock to property leads one up 40 steps on an exterior rusted metal staircase. This was difficult with four adults with suitcases and carry-on bags, A stroller and a pack and play bed for the toddler, and carrying the toddler. It isn’t well lit at night. The second coded entry leads to two flights , to a third coded entry up to apartment - The beds and pillows are comfortable. The linens and towels are good quality. The floor plan mentions a kitchen, is a sideboard with bar sink and mini fridge. It is not actually a kitchen. There is no ice available. Target store on the corner saved us.
