The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops and fashion boutiques – as well as an endless list of buzzing restaurants. not a good spot. smelly not cleaned well animal hair and other hair on couch

Location was fantastic! No shower liner. Bed was hard to get up to and the wall unit for AC only warmed the top part of the unit. Would suggest putting a pull out mattress for the couch on the lower floor. Unit was clean and within walking distance of everything!

Decent place for those looking to explore Charleston. Overall pleased with our stay, particularly with the location. A few pros/cons: Pros: -Good location, very close to King st. restaurants, nightlife, and some great breakfast spots -Clean -Host was responsive and informative Cons: -Space is very small, do not expect to spend a ton of time there. Bathroom/kitchen are not very functional, and stairs to bedroom are a little tricky -Entrance was a little off; when we arrived it was completely blocked by a combination of a car and trash cans, we had to climb over both to get in. The lockboxes were also turned to the same code used to enter the apartment, which was a little alarming. -We were in Charleston during a cold snap, and the heating was not ideal- the loft was way too warm, while the downstairs was freezing. May not be a problem at other times of the year.
