We absolutely adored this home. It was conveniently located to the College of Charleston and local shopping/restaurants. It was a fraction of cost for a hotel. Would recommend it!!!

Igor’s place was perfect for us to stay in for a wedding we were attending. It was exactly as described and close to downtown. When we told Igor we were going for a wedding he sent over a catalog tailored to things to do ahead of a wedding, where to get our hair and nails done, find dresses/tuxes, and places to eat. It was a very special detail that will definitely make me stay here if we are ever in Charleston again.

We had a great stay! Igor was extremely communicative throughout the entire process and provided a helpful itinerary before we even arrived. The house was perfect for our long weekend and the location is great—we were close to Rodney Scott's BBQ (insanely delicious) and an adorable coffee shop called Sightsee (which we loved so much we went twice!). A quick note for future guests: the driveway is quite tight. We had some trouble because another guest’s EV was charging in a way that blocked the turnaround space, meaning we had to back out into the street each time. If you have a larger vehicle, just be prepared for a squeeze! Thank you for a wonderful stay, Igor!
