Policies

No Smoking inside (if cigarette smoke is found inside fins are $1,000 and up) We ask that guests place all trash in the collection cans upon check out. Guests may be subject to additional cleaning charges if excessive cleaning is required by our house keepers or debris is left outside of the dwelling on the property for our team to dispose of. Neighborhood quiet hours from 10pm-8am. If violated the city will issue a $1047 fine.

Check-In Time: 4:00 PM Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM Cancellation Policy: 100% refund (minus service fees) if canceled more than 30 days prior to the day of check-in. A 50% refund will be honored if canceled between 7 and 30 days prior to check-in. No refund will be provided for any bookings canceled less than 7 days prior to check-in.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Centrally located and the accommodations were just what we were looking for. Our host was very responsive to any questions and followed up to make sure we had everything we needed. Bottom line, I would rent this place again.
