Great location to everything downtown! Very clean and spacious for our crew. Area was very safe. The description definitely notates that there’s a club next door, however just be prepared it will feel like they are in the room with you. The music and rowdiness really does go until 2:00am. Just bring some ear plugs if loud noise bothers you after 10:00. We did have some trouble with hot water in two bathrooms. Simon sent someone out on Saturday once we noticed from our Friday night showers, however, Saturday night showers were still cold. He was sending someone back out on Sunday but we were already checking it out. I’m sure it’s fixed now. He was very responsive.

.place was great. People talked about loud music but what do you expect ? It's king street.bars around there was walking distant or down stairs which was great. Place was very comfortable, huge ,everyone had room to run around, great location.would definitely recommend
