We really enjoyed our stay here. The unit is really new and updated and had everything we needed for our four night stay. The location was really accessible to shops and restaurants on King Street. Checking in and out was super easy! Would definitely stay again!

Beautifully decorated! TV set up was confusing, but management did help us figure it out.

Our family of 4 (2 teen girls) really enjoyed this home. The smell of everything new, great light, attractive, awesome location, very convenient parking. We stayed on the upper floor which has nice views of the neighborhood. The lower floor looked equally nice minus the view/stairs. The support/concierge/owner was awesome - responding quickly to all questions/needs! Nice people. The home is newly renovated so there is some room for improvement in furnishings (assume in progress) and amenities. Several windows/doors do not have blinds yet, although the homes next door do not appear to be occupied currently. Not a big deal but privacy going forward might become a bigger issue. The area is undergoing a face-lift and many renovations to create new spaces like this one. The workers and noise went mostly unnoticed as we were up and out each day. We could have used more towels for the week, there were 4 people and we had 2 towel bundles designed for 1 person. There is a nice washer a dryer - but our goal was to avoid laundry on vacation! It's hard to share a washcloth with someone and do laundry each day! The owner responded quickly delivering more towels. The kitchen could use some basics like coffee filters (We despise having to figure that out) - so the really good looking coffee beans provided and maker went unused. There was no good left-over storage containers - foil or saran-wrap. No hot water was making it to the kitchen sink. Most of that is nit-picky as anyone can head to the store and buy those things and they usually pile up in rentals - we just happened to be one of the first renters that went without!! We are providing this feedback to help make it even better next time! We really enjoyed the location walking to many restaurants and eateries, along with fantastic eats a very short drive/distance. Definitely, a wide-spread urban young/college vibe being north of the campus life. We are essentially foodies and our eating experience was really good, high quality restaurants and cooking available in this area. The grocery next door is small and quaint but well stocked to meet/exceed essentials. This was very convenient way to get some good produce, staples and snacks. A couple blocks walk to morning espresso and baked goods that were delicious. Charleston is beautiful - and we really liked this home rental.
