This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary, and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Leons, Little Jacks, Melfi's, Maison, Rodney Scotts, Berkeleys, The Ordinary, The Grocery, Xiao Bao Biscuit, Bistronomy, Chubby Fish, Pink Cactus, and the Graft (Wine) or Vintage (Cocktails) for drinks. We recommend going to The Daily for a cup of locally-roasted coffee and their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops and fashion boutiques – as well as an endless list of buzzing restaurants and Charleston's best nightlight scene. Honestly, great location for local restaurants, night life, and shopping. The place was clean and private and had everything you need. I agree with the other reviews that it was noisy because there’s a popular set of roads right outside, but it didn’t bother us. The only big complaint is that the shower heads were so high that we couldn’t adjust them to not get our hair wet while showering, and the master bathroom has half a shower door so it makes for a ton of water on the bathroom floor if you aren’t showering very carefully. Other than that, it was cute and lovely. Would definitely stay there again despite the showering issues.

Great location in relation to convenience of surroundings but the place is quite noisy. It is situated right between two highways so all bedrooms are loud at night. If you're not planning on sleeping in, it's not a problem!
