Our stay was perfect! It was in such a great location at the top of King Street so everything was very very walkable! The place was decorated so cute and had all of the amenities you could possible need! It is right across the street from Uptown Social so there were a few nights when it was a little loud. However, the hosts provided a noise machine to help cover up the noise which was very nice! If you want a very quiet spot this may not be the place but anywhere on King Street past 10pm isn’t going to be quiet… we didn’t mind the noise given all the other amazing qualities!

The only negative was across the street there is a bar that is loud through the night. Outside of that it was a great experience.

We had a very nice stay and were impressed with the great communication from the Stay Duvet team. The property itself is lovely, though there are a few things future guests should keep in mind. First, the location is very central, which means it can be quite noisy. As mentioned in other reviews, there is a bar directly outside the window that stays very loud until around 1:45 AM (even from Sunday into Monday). Additionally, be prepared for a bit of a workout, as the unit is on the 3rd floor with no elevator access. For those driving, parking can get expensive.. We paid a total of $96 at a nearby public garage from Saturday at 2 PM through Monday at 9 AM. We took the car out for a day trip on Sunday and paid $48, then paid another $48 when we left on Monday. Overall, this is a fantastic spot for a younger crowd or anyone planning to take advantage of the nightlife and stay out late!
