Great place!!! I was slightly nervous due to some reviews about the noise from Uptown Social, across the street, being disruptive but it wasn’t at all!!! Great location and great experience all around. Will definitely recommend to others and be back the next time I’m in Charleston.

We really enjoyed our stay here while visiting Charleston. Very walkable to a bunch of restaurants, historic sites, and museums! Some things to be aware of, which are out of control of the host. While paid parking is detailed in the listing I do want to forewarn the next person. There’s a parking garage to use but it can get pricey. $1 per 20 min, max $24 per day. The caveat here is that a new day is calculated at midnight, so it’s not like it’s tracking when you enter and a 24 hour timer starts. So we were in for a nice $48 surprise after parking and heading out the second day. To my knowledge it’s not like you could rescan your ticket to get back in on the same day either, since we maxed out already. Second thing to note, a local bar is right across the street and they were playing music loudly into the night. Like I said, not the hosts fault! We still enjoyed our stay regardless and would consider this listing again.

I was shocked how lovely this rental was upon waking in. Took pictures and shared with friends and family. If pressed for feedback, however. perhaps the only issues were: 1) the curtains in the bedroom were nowhere near my blackout curtains I really need for high-quality sleep, esp upon sunrise. 2) loud bars nearby with karaoke but this ended by around 10p so not an issue, really. Thanks again -- hope to stay here again soon! - Randall
