This is exactly as described. It was perfect for 2 of us to be right on king street and walk everywhere. It is very loud at night but they have a sound machine you will definitely need. I actually had to run 2 but I’m a sensitive sleeper who isn’t used to city / music at night.

We enjoyed our stay, but there were some details that were sub par. First off, the noise was absolutely unreasonable. The single loudest bar on king st is directly across. Made sleep impossible until 3am - and therefore the value not great. Small details like hand prints on the paper towel roll, no filtered water, stains on comforter and very dirty curtains made for a somewhat dirty appearance in an otherwise nice stay.

Amazing location right on King Street! I was nervous about booking due to the the noise issues, but it honestly didn't bother me at all. For reference, I was there during the weekdays in the fall, so maybe it's louder during peak season. You can hear some street noise, but totally normal for a city - not any louder than my place at home. So many hip restaurants right outside the door and very safe place to walk around.
