Our guests and neighbors also rave about Brown's Court Bakery and Sugar Bakery located nearby. We recommend going to Babas for a cup of locally-roasted coffee and their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops and fashion boutiques – as well as an endless list of buzzing restaurants. This place was clean and smelled great when we checked in.Simon and Stay Duvet team were responsive and answered questions about rental immediately.The first floor living area was a little drafty and significantly colder than the second level. Our only recommendation would be to have a few throw blankets for guests to use in the living room.We had a great time staying at the Pentas while visiting Charleston!

What a great location! 2 blocks from king street. Island Provisions was my go to morning stop for juice and a bagel sandwich. Very clean and comfortable! Plus comes with a club pass for your stay. There are 2 units on this property and the other unit gets the driveway for parking so be aware. Paid parking ($18/day) is in a garage 10-15 minutes to walk. A little noisy on Saturday night from surrounding bars and airbnbs but other than that, quiet during the week! Thanks Simon. Will absolutely come back and stay again!

This Airbnb was awesome! It was in the perfect location for exploring the restaurants and shops on King st. The place looked just like the pictures and was a great amount of space for our 3 guests. It was also very clean and Simon was incredibly responsive to our requests! 10/10 experience!
