This is a licensed and legal Short Term Rental. Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. If violated the city will issue a $1047 fine. Guests are also responsible for following the City of Charleston's Ordinance rules under Section 54-227.

Check-In Time: 4:00 PM Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM Cancellation Policy: 100% refund (minus service fees) if canceled more than 30 days prior to the day of check-in. A 50% refund will be honored if canceled between 7 and 30 days prior to check-in. No refund will be provided for any bookings canceled less than 7 days prior to check-in.

The location is great, the accommodations were great! This is probably one of my favorites and it’s a great place to host. Saw some reviews about the beds being squeaky. They’re so comfortable and plush, don’t allow that to be something you complain about. We got in and didn’t want to get out. This place felt like home, and it’s in close walking distance to almost everything we needed. Totally 5 stars! Thanks again!
