Policies

This is a licensed and legal Short Term Rental. Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. If violated the city will issue a $1047 fine. Guests are also responsible for following the City of Charleston's Ordinance rules under Section 54-227.

Check-In Time: 4:00 PM Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM Cancellation Policy: 100% refund (minus service fees) if canceled more than 30 days prior to the day of check-in. A 50% refund will be honored if canceled between 7 and 30 days prior to check-in. No refund will be provided for any bookings canceled less than 7 days prior to check-in.

We had a great time staying at this airbnb for a girls trip! We were walking distance to everything on king street - very close to restaurants, bars, and shopping! Including the famous Leon’s! We even took advantage of the partnership stayduvet has with the wonderer which added another element of relaxation to our vacation. Place is exactly as pictured and has everything you could need to feel comfortable during your trip
