This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary, and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include The Tippling House Wine Bar,The Ordinary, Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Bistronomy, Barsa, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish, Pink Cactus, Chasing Sage, Elliotborough Minibar and the Warehouse for drinks. Our guests and neighbors also rave about Brown's Court Bakery and Sugar Bakery located nearby. We recommend going to Babas for a cup of locally-roasted coffee and their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops and fashion boutiques – as well as an endless list of buzzing restaurants. This was a great find. Awesome location. Super clean and gorgeous. Bed was very comfortable. Loved that there was parking available in the back, but also parked on the street easily to unload and load right in front of the home. The complementary local coffee was truly fantastic. The text correspondence with the hosts was quick, professional, and friendly. I would definitely recommend.

Loved this little gem of a place. The location was perfect and I enjoyed walking to dinner in the evening. The room was clean and well appointed and had the charm and character that makes Charleston so special. I particularly loved drinking my coffee on the piazza each morning. One thing to note is that the apartment had a strong fragrance. The smell was lovely but would be a problem for someone with allergies or sensitivities to scent. I highly recommend and have bookmarked this place for future trips to the Holy City.

As advertised. A little street noise, but this is an apartment in the city. Easy to Uber to and from the apartment, although I found the long walk to the historic downtown invigorating, as it passed through landmarks and colleges. Locally, I was able to easily walk to a grocer, a drug store and coffee. Bonus: were the best towels and linens I’ve had at an AirBnb. And real glasses, real cutlery, real dishes.
