Please do not park in the road or driveway in front of the garage. Guests may park in the garage or on the parking area near the community garden around the corner near the front of the condo eantrance.

Check-In Time: 4:00 PM Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM Cancellation Policy: 100% refund (minus service fees) if canceled more than 30 days prior to the day of check-in. A 50% refund will be honored if canceled between 7 and 30 days prior to check-in. No refund will be provided for any bookings canceled less than 7 days prior to check-in.

Overall, we had a good stay. The kitchen did have some things which would make it better. If you are short, it will be difficult to reach things. Maybe redo where things are so they are within reach for shorter people; I couldn't reach the soup/salad bowls when we got there. No sharp knives, even the steak knives are not serrated, and adult-size forks would be nice. The linens are good, though there are some stains on the sheets in the master bedroom. The addition of black towels for make-up removal is a great idea, and the bathroom amenities are good. The concierge service is very responsive and helpful. We had to call twice for minor things, but someone came out within the hour in both instances, even on Sunday. The only reason we would not stay there again is that we are old and there are way too many stairs; nothing Stay Duvet can do about those things. For anyone who is up for stairs, this is a good place to stay for the price.
