This was the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. Spent a week at this house with a family of 11 adults and a 1 year old and from start to finish it was a perfect week. The host accommodated an early check in and the place was spotless upon arrival with the most well stocked kitchen I’ve ever seen in an Airbnb. The towels and bathrooms were stocked like a hotel would be, with everything feeling very clean and well taken care of. The house also had plenty of beach amenities — plenty of matching beach towels, a handful of beach chairs, and an umbrella. The screened in porch with ceiling fans was one of the best features as it extended the living space and really allows you to take advantage of the perfect beachfront views. The direct access to a more private part of the beach was incredible. House is about 1.5 miles from the heart of downtown folly but with a golf cart it’s a fun and quick ride (or a nice morning walk). AC upstairs didn’t work as well as downstairs, but wasn’t too bad.

StayDuvet was communicative from the beginning and very helpful throughout our stay. The house and location are beautiful and there was plenty of room for our group. We loved having private and close access to the beach and spent a lot of time outside on the porch. Thank you for being such an incredible place for us to host our Annual Executive Retreat!

Our stay in this home was nothing short of incredible; the home was cozy and inviting and the property management was unbelievably available and communicative. The peace I found waking every morning on the beach can’t be described, and the location is amazing. Our family vacation was comfortable and wonderful in large part to this home! Thank you!
