We cannot say enough about the location! Five minutes to the beach, less than 10 to downtown Folly, walkable yet quiet! The house was well stocked and comfortable. There's no plastic dishware, in case you're traveling with little ones. And we let the owners know that there was quite a bit of mold in the washer as happens with front loaders and often seen in rentals; we were told it would be taken care of! Stay Duvet was responsive and all directions were clear and easy.

This house was great! It was close enough to easily walk to the beach and the restaurants, but also away from any loud partying that might happen at the bars. The house was great, we loved the large front porch and the wide open living spaces. I also did a little work from here and the internet connection was spot on. We highly recommend this place.

Wonderful stay with super friendly hosts. Beautiful garden and a huge, quiet front porch to relax on. Loved that there was French Press coffee as an option. Bathrooms are identical making neither bedroom “lesser”. Very short walk to beach access. Can’t wait to return!
