Check-In Time: 4:00 PM Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM Cancellation Policy: 100% refund (minus service fees) if canceled more than 30 days prior to the day of check-in. A 50% refund will be honored if canceled between 7 and 30 days prior to check-in. No refund will be provided for any bookings canceled less than 7 days prior to check-in.

Despite a small issue upon check in, this stay was great! The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. I have stayed many times with Stay Duvet, and will continue to use their listings! This rental property was minutes from Sullivan's and Mt. Pleasant, getting around was easy. There was some construction occurring at the associations entrance for sidewalks and what not, but this did not effect our stay! The property was exactly as described.

They were working on road and was hard to find. Not owners fault A little road noise but not terrible. Nice place in a good location
