A 50% refund will be honored if canceled between 7 and 30 days prior to check-in. No refund will be provided for any bookings canceled less than 7 days prior to check-in.

Was exactly what we needed for the week. Nice to walk and see water. Lots of stairs so heads up and parking could be tricky. The construction made the turn in and out different. We are a family of four and slept well.

Overall, a good value in a good location if you are looking for a spot in between downtown Charleston and the beach. At surface level, the place was clean (fresh beds, towels, etc). However, some areas in the home could use more attention. Overall, it was a comfortable stay in a good spot with a well stocked kitchen, and a nice layout, but I would certainly encourage the owners to do a deeper clean every now and again.

Property was gorgeous and met the bohemian vibe and theme. The location was very ideal. Short drive to Sullivan’s Island and 15 mins across the bridge to downtown Charleston. The house was tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. A lot of places near by for food & drinks. Host was extremely responsive and made the stay very comfortable. Highly recommend and would stay again.
