A 50% refund will be honored if canceled between 7 and 30 days prior to check-in. No refund will be provided for any bookings canceled less than 7 days prior to check-in.

Adam was a very good host. Everything was exactly as described and pictured. Adam Is very responsive. We had trouble with the lock upon arrival(embarrassingly my obvious error). Adam was on site in just a few minutes and kindly showed us the correct technique. The location is as described with easy access to many restaurants, the beaches of Sullivans Island and other attractions. The location is a working class neighborhood. It’s not a location that we felt comfortable relaxing or dining outside.
