Policies

We ask that you are conscious of your volume as we live next door. If you are bringing a pet it must be fully vaccinated and on flea/heartworm medication. You must have prior approval for all pet visitors. We do have a fenced in yard but we ask that dogs are NOT left unattended outside (while you aren't home). Please, no aggressive dogs. Dogs are welcome to remain unleashed in back-yard. Please pick up dog waste in the bags provided and throw it away. We love your dogs but prefer not to pick up their poop. We reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee for left pet waste. We are not responsible for escaped or injured pets. Weapons are prohibited on property. No guns. You will be asked to leave immediately if one is discovered. No large parties or gatherings please (our place just can't accommodate it). No smoking on property please.

Check-In Time: 4:00 PM Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM Cancellation Policy: 100% refund (minus service fees) if canceled more than 30 days prior to the day of check-in. A 50% refund will be honored if canceled between 7 and 30 days prior to check-in. No refund will be provided for any bookings canceled less than 7 days prior to check-in.
