Responsive hosts, updated kitchen and bath are the positive parts of this stay. Also, the place is roomy and in a nice suburban location close to Whole Foods, Trader Joes and other nice stores... but this place needs some serious maintenance. The couch in the living room was extremely stained, we had to buy a couch cover to feel comfortable sitting on it. There was a large stain about the size of a baseball on the curtain in the room with the bunk beds -- it is impossible to miss and yet the owners didn't change the curtains. The light on the nightstand in the main bedroom didn't work -- the lampshade was actually broken. And the shower shelf in the master bathroom was also hanging on by a thread. Several walls throughout the house were scuffed with marks and the house had a bit of a musty smell when we arrived.

The end Condo unit was very nice in a quiet neighborhood convenient to restaurants and shopping in the Mt. Pleasant and downtown Charleston areas. Everything we needed for a 3-night stay was provided! We slept comfortably and enjoyed morning coffee on the private patio. The hosts were terrific from the time we made our reservation throughout our stay!!😊👍
