Check-In Time: 4:00 PM Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM Cancellation Policy: 100% refund (minus service fees) if canceled more than 30 days prior to the day of check-in. A 50% refund will be honored if canceled between 7 and 30 days prior to check-in. No refund will be provided for any bookings canceled less than 7 days prior to check-in.

The location is perfect! The neighborhood is great! Stay Duvet is responsive but the house needs some TLC. The cleaning in the primary bathroom needs some attention to the tub and the paint is peeling off the wall. The dishwasher needs some attention where the rubber sealing strip keeps coming apart and then it starts to leak. That happened the bring we were leaving. The yard needed mowing when we arrived. Reached out to Stay Duvet and they sent someone to mow so that was great! Primary bedroom sheet came off the bed consistently while sleeping. Maybe it was too small or too thin, not sure. Thankfully there was another bed so we just moved to a different room. So we had a few snags but other than that the front porch was nice for sitting. Plenty of room in the house. Large stocked kitchen. Ample closets with built in shelving to place your clothes. The home is run by a property manager and they just need to let the owner know that a few things need attention and their cleaning people need to pay better attention. We enjoyed our stay and the home.

Great location and easy access to IOP or Sullivan’s Island beaches. Quiet and safe neighborhood for my family and our dog.

This house is in the perfect location, centrally located in the heart of Mt. Pleasant. The home was definitely very large and homey; everyone was very comfortable staying the whole week. We highly recommend this house! The mattresses and pillows were super comfortable; all of us slept well. Very friendly neighborhood; where you can bring your boat to take advantage of the great waterways around the Charleston area. Thank you to Stay Duvet; they made communicating very easy and were very attentive to all issues. If we come back to the area we will definitely rent this home again!
