A 50% refund will be honored if canceled between 7 and 30 days prior to check-in. No refund will be provided for any bookings canceled less than 7 days prior to check-in.

Beautiful place on a pond. Walking distance to restaurants, clean, very nice! Highly recommend.

This place was great! With just a few minor updates, it could be perfect. Improvements like updating the kitchen and flooring, and adding a shower instead of only having a bathtub, would make a big difference. My group all agreed we would definitely book this house again, especially if another shower were added. There were just a couple of small issues worth noting. Some of the planks on the dock were a bit decayed, and the futon in the sunroom had a wooden plank sticking up, which made it uncomfortable to use. Overall, though, we really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely come back.

We loved the dock and enjoyed the sunset each night. Such a beautiful setting. Quiet neighborhood. Convenient for touring IOP, rice plantations, Mt Pleasant’s Old Village.
