This is NOT a party house. Pets must be on a leash at all times while outside or may be asked to leave.

Check-In Time: 4:00 PM Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM Cancellation Policy: 100% refund (minus service fees) if canceled more than 30 days prior to the day of check-in. A 50% refund will be honored if canceled between 7 and 30 days prior to check-in. No refund will be provided for any bookings canceled less than 7 days prior to check-in.

Loco Bungalow is in a great location, central to everything in Mt. Pleasant and just a short drive to Charleston. The bungalow was nicely equipped and had extra blankets and linens.

Beautifully decorated on the inside . Very clean . Quick easy drive to Sullivan’s Island and close to restaurants at Shem Creek. Great communication with host . We would stay again!

We are a family of four and recently had a wonderful stay at one of the bungalows. Fun fact: they really were bungalows – which we absolutely LOVED! Thank you for providing such a comfortable and welcoming space. We truly appreciated our stay and hope to visit again in the future!
