Parties, Events & Unauthorized Gatherings Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited. Only registered guests are permitted at the property unless prior written approval has been provided by management. Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of the reservation and removal from the property without refund. Guests are responsible for any damages, excessive cleaning, disturbances, fines, fees, or other costs resulting from a violation of these rules, to the extent permitted by the booking platform, rental agreement, and applicable law. Any fines assessed by an HOA, municipality, law enforcement agency, or other governing authority as a result of guest conduct will be the responsibility of the guest, where permitted by law.

Check-In Time: 4:00 PM Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM Cancellation Policy: 100% refund (minus service fees) if canceled more than 30 days prior to the day of check-in. A 50% refund will be honored if canceled between 7 and 30 days prior to check-in. No refund will be provided for any bookings canceled less than 7 days prior to check-in.

The house was very clean and comfortable. The location was great! We were a 5 minute walk to great restaurants in Park Circle. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall our experience was really good. Walkable to bars and restaurants which we loved. Three full bathrooms was just what we needed. Kitchen has all the tools we needed, except a can opener. While the house was adorable the living room rug was very dingy with stains all over and the shower in one bedroom had moldy grout. We were also awaken on the second day at 7AM without warning when the lawn people came to cut the grass. Again overall we enjoyed our experience but a couple things could be improved in regard to cleanliness and communication.
