Check-In Time: 4:00 PM Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM Cancellation Policy: 100% refund (minus service fees) if canceled more than 30 days prior to the day of check-in. A 50% refund will be honored if canceled between 7 and 30 days prior to check-in. No refund will be provided for any bookings canceled less than 7 days prior to check-in.

I am a busy working wife and mother and needed a few days away to breathe. This place was perfect!! I appreciate everything single detail put into the space. It was an easy 25 min drive to Isle of Palms beach. It was a short walk to great restaurants. If walking/running is your thing, perfect location. If I had been with my kids, there is a huge park very close by. I just cant say enough about how perfect this place was.

We had a wonderful weekend getaway at this cozy little house in Charleston! The place was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. There was a small issue with the hot water when we first arrived, but the host responded immediately and had a technician come out right away to fix it. I really appreciated the quick action and great communication. Overall, a lovely stay and would definitely come back

Location, and host were amazing. House was spotless with advertised amenities. I would give this house a five stars and absolutely think it’s deserving of that if the team running it can do some plumbing work on the bathroom. The shower heat will flickered back and forth from a nice comfy warm to ice cold, and it will stay cold for a long time before warming back up and then doing it again. It didn’t bother me as I rather enjoy cold showers, but it definitely isn’t for everyone. Other than that one issue I will definitely recommend to “StayDuvet” they are exceptional host with Brian especially being super helpful and looking out to make the stay as great as it can be. We were shown hospitality in a great location that’s a short walk from many amazing places to eat. I recommend Basil, Lola’s, and Southern Roots for food, if you want a good drink check out the Tattooed moose. I am sure you choosing this location will be a memorable experience :)
