The house was clean, tastefully decorated, and spacious. My whole family was comfortable and gave the house praise. Host are responsive & the location is good too.

Chateau Edwards exceeded our expectations. We were a large group of six in town for a baby shower, and needed options with first-floor bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms! The home was well-appointed, and we were all comfortable without feeling cramped. Each bedroom had its unique personality with tasteful decor. The upgrades in the house were pretty amazing. The outdoor space was lovely, but the humid, hot, and wet weather kept us from enjoying it fully. The house is a three-minute walk to the Park Circle restaurants, coffee shops, and bar scene. No need to take the car out! A couple of items for improvement are deeper vacuuming of the living room furniture. There was definitely a pet on the couches and chairs before our rental period. Also, the yard could have used weeding in the front and back. Overall, a wonderful find, and we would rent it again.

We truly enjoyed this location! They had everything we needed plus more! From bug spray, to high chair, to games for the kids. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishwater and items to cook. Ideal place to stay for families!
