Neighborhood Quiet Hours from 10pm-8am. If violated the city will issue a $1047 fine.

Check-In Time: 4:00 PM Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM Cancellation Policy: 100% refund (minus service fees) if canceled more than 30 days prior to the day of check-in. A 50% refund will be honored if canceled between 7 and 30 days prior to check-in. No refund will be provided for any bookings canceled less than 7 days prior to check-in.

we really enjoyed our stay- the airbnb was clean and very beautifully decorated. they provided towels and the kitchen was stocked with appliances and kitchenware to use. The host checked in with me to make sure we arrived and got checked in smoothly which was nice. The walls are a bit thin so i could hear the people staying in the surrounding units but other than that it was a great experience! Downtown is about 10-15 away so it wasn’t a long commute to all the hot spots
