Nicely updated home in a convenient location. Easy to get to local restaurants and downtown Charleston.

everything was good overall I do however wish they were more proactive in assisting with the bug issues or even offered a discount. they did offer to send out a cleaner/ sprayer the next day but that didnt work with our full schedule ahead and we were on vacation. I wish the probelm was solved before we arrived. there were ants coming in through the master door(not a few try a hand full). Ants in the master bed. 2 roaches found in the master bedroom. Roach in the laundry room. Spiders coming through the kitchen door and the front door. we bought sheets just to lay in the bed and we didnt feel the most comfortable sleeping or leaving anything open due to bugs. there was a insect killer under cabinets but truly a thorough spray down and SEALING of the doors should help. the doors are clearly unproperly sealed. I dont think the host was bad or that the home isn't good. I think they have a problem that needs to be addressed accordingly. no other problems to note.
