This is NOT a party house! Guests will be asked to leave if there is a complaint from neighbors or officials regarding a party. Thank you for understanding. We love our neighbors and respect their peace! With a $200 pet fee per pet, we will allow up to 2 small-medium dogs. All dogs must be supervised and/or leashed at all times. Guests are responsible for their pet's actions while at the home. Please pick up after your pet. If you have any questions, please inquire with our team. Thank you!

Check-In Time: 4:00 PM Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM Cancellation Policy: 100% refund (minus service fees) if canceled more than 30 days prior to the day of check-in. A 50% refund will be honored if canceled between 7 and 30 days prior to check-in. No refund will be provided for any bookings canceled less than 7 days prior to check-in.

House looks even better than the photos. Great location. Awesome neighborhood. My family and I had a great time for Easter weekend there! We would definitely consider staying there again.

The house looks just like the pictures. The view of the river is beautiful. There is lots of dove and seating for large families to feel comfortable.

Great location near Interstate 526. Quiet neighborhood. House very open which worked out great for 5 adults and 3 small children. House was very clean and host replied quickly to our texts
