Check-In Time: 4:00 PM Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM Cancellation Policy: 100% refund (minus service fees) if canceled more than 30 days prior to the day of check-in. A 50% refund will be honored if canceled between 7 and 30 days prior to check-in. No refund will be provided for any bookings canceled less than 7 days prior to check-in.

Stay Duvet was a fantastic rental agency and very responsive and accommodating. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family. I will look to use them next time I am in the area, but I would not stay at the house I rented again. Stay Duvet was responsive to the issues I reported and did what they could to address them. I just think the house needs some things fixed and updates to make it a rental house I would want to stay at again.
