Check-In Time: 4:00 PM Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM Cancellation Policy: 100% refund (minus service fees) if canceled more than 30 days prior to the day of check-in. A 50% refund will be honored if canceled between 7 and 30 days prior to check-in. No refund will be provided for any bookings canceled less than 7 days prior to check-in.

I would definitely recommend this place!! It was in a peaceful area, the place was beautiful and me and my girls had so much fun in the pool! They made my bachelorette weekend really special. 🤍

The house itself was fine, but there was quite a bit of deferred maintenance, and the property did not match the condition shown in the listing photos. The trees around the pool and backyard driveway were significantly overgrown, and several exterior areas could have used a good pressure washing. There was a noticeable amount of green mildew, particularly around the back entrance. That said, Duvet was extremely responsive throughout our stay. Whenever we had an item that needed repair or simply had a general question, they responded quickly and were very helpful. Their communication and responsiveness were definitely appreciated. Overall, the house was adequate, but it simply wasn’t as advertised or as well maintained as we expected based on the listing. On a very positive note, the nearby park was AMAZING and was definitely a highlight of our stay. We use Airbnbs frequently and have stayed in many properties, but unfortunately, we would not choose to stay at this particular property
