Neighborhood quiet hrs are 10pm - 8am * Please respect our neighbors, they are the reason we are able to rent :) Any noise complaints or disturbances will be dealt with quickly & swiftly to uphold the integrity of our neighborhood *

Check-In Time: 4:00 PM Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM Cancellation Policy: 100% refund (minus service fees) if canceled more than 30 days prior to the day of check-in. A 50% refund will be honored if canceled between 7 and 30 days prior to check-in. No refund will be provided for any bookings canceled less than 7 days prior to check-in.

This property was so much more than expected! The house was big enough for us 4 couples to spend 5 incredible days just outside the hustle and bustle of downtown Charleston. The living room, the dining room, and the kitchen were all big enough for our whole group to hang out. The bedrooms were large enough for everyone to feel comfortable in their own space. The 4 bathrooms made it easy for us all to get ready, and we never ran out of hot water. Then there was the outside. The neighborhood felt safe. There was plenty of parking for our 4 cars. The backyard was well fenced. We had small dogs and there werent any places for them them escape. The vegetatian give the backyard a cery secluded feel. We never noticed the neighbors and i dont think they noticed us. And the pool! Perfect size for us. Loungers to lay out and catch some sun. And just a great little oasis. And the location was perfect in relation to downtown. Easy 20 minutes to the heart of downtown. Quick access to the highway for trips to surround attractions. StayDuvet made the trip easy. The vacation was amazing. Nothing but great things to say about this trip!

My family had a nice experience staying here for the week. We were very comfortable and really loved the beautiful pool! The huge playground down the street was a big hit for the kids and there were plenty of great restaurants nearby as well.

Great place, very cheap price for how luxurious and cool it was. Pool gives off private grotto vibes. Best air bnb Ive stayed at for sure
